Leadership


Up till 2012 responsible for a Sales Team of 7 peoples (Sales and Technique combined) and from that moment leading a marketing team of 4 specialists, where I provide strategic direction while ensuring operational execution.
Key values are ownership and entrepreneurship, encouraging individual growth within the role and professional maturity.
Business Development


My Business Development focuses on a strategic approach across the entire value chain, from client to contractor. I consistently focus on knowledge sharing, building authority, and delivering high-quality service. I work with a broad portfolio, including premium brands, me-too products in niche markets, and OEM products.
The essence of my work lies in the successful introduction and optimization of existing products in new markets, as well as identifying the necessary additions to achieve strong market positioning and growth.
Brand- and marketpositioning
Developing distinctive value propositions through the integration of Circularity, BIM, ESG, Sustainability, and Digitalization within marketing and sales strategies.


Digital transformation
Successful transition from a traditional marketing approach (focused on CI and KPIs) to a more data-driven strategy with emphasis on SEO, conversions, content marketing, and lead management.


Leadmanagement
Within the Sales department, lead management is often seen as the practical execution of marketing activities. From a strategic marketing perspective, however, it is the result of a well-integrated approach that combines online, event, offline, and data management.
The core objective is to reach and inspire the target audience, generating valuable touchpoints. The emphasis is always on quality, with a specific focus on the B2B environment.


Stakeholder- and relation events
In recent years, we have organized a wide range of events โ from small annual trade show participations to the biennial BouwBeurs with a significant exhibition stand. Additionally, we host international architect trips, Lunch & Learn sessions, conferences, and factory visits. We also organize employee and client engagement events (such as the client trip to the UEFA European Championship 2024) around the summer and winter seasons.
Industry Leadership
Active board member within the industry association VESP, where I have initiated collaborations with industry peers to address shared challenges and further professionalize the market.
For VESP, I developed the complete communication plan, including a new website, expert- and contentarticles in trade journals, and strategies to enhance visibility and impact within our market segment.
