FOCUS

You lookโ€ฆ but you donโ€™t see it.
Until suddenly, you do.

In this photo, the logo of a fast-food chain is hidden. Subtle. But once you spot it, you cannot unsee it.

And that got me thinking.

Because the same is true for experience & talent.

Many organizations have a latent need for a strong marketer or commercial manager.
It is just thatโ€ฆ they do not see it clearly yet.

โŒ Growth is starting to stagnate a little
โŒ Marketing feels like โ€œwe are doing something, but not with enough focusโ€
โŒ Commercial performance could be sharper, but how?

The issue is not that the need does not exist.
The issue is that it is not visible yet.

Until someone points it out.

I see myself a bit like that McDonaldโ€™s logo.
Not loudly in the foreground, but clearly present for those who look closely.

Someone who:

โœ… brings structure to marketing and commerce
โœ… makes opportunities visible where they were previously unclear
โœ… helps organizations grow with focus and direction

Maybe you recognize this in your own organization.
Or perhaps it is relevant to someone in your network.
